Rezoning request to permit 267 single household houses in Denver placed on maintain till February | Information

LINCOLNTON – On the joint Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and Lincoln County Planning Board assembly on Monday, the request of Villages of Denver, LLC to rezone a 126-acre tract to allow a subdivision with as much as 267 single-family indifferent houses in Denver was tabled till the subsequent joint assembly in February. This deliberate improvement was submitted previous to the modification to the Unified Improvement Ordinance and has heaps sized lower than one acre in dimension.

Not all the fabric, together with an alternate phasing plan offered by Lawyer Rob Brown who represents the developer had been delivered to the commissioners, planning board or workers previous to the assembly.
